When we have an opportunity with a client to whom we wish to present your details, this gives us, you and our client protection as it unequivocally authorises us to represent you to a specific client for a specific role.

When we need to conduct reference checks, this document authorises us to speak to the named individuals and to release the information they give us to the specified client.

You may use this document to update the static details we keep about you on our database.
