Advertised Retained Assignment:
This is an assignment where Sayers Consulting Group Pty Ltd is exclusively retained to recruit for a specific vacancy or vacancies and where creative display advertising and positioning in the media is utilised to attract suitably qualified applicants. A complete specification of the requirement is produced and is used to market the company and position to the applicants. A progress payment method is adopted.

Contingency Assignment:
This recruitment exercise is carried out when the client wishes to pay for advertising, but prefers to pay a fee contingent on the successful completion of the assignment.

Candidate Referral:
The understanding of our clients and their needs with regard to staff, will, from time to time, allow us to identify applicants who have skills that they may require and who will also be a "good fit" with regard to personality and culture. With the prior approval of the candidate, we will bring his or her details to your attention.

Executive Search Assignment:
When a position is sensitive, difficult to fill or requires the appointment of a person with specialist skills not normally attracted by an advertisement, Sayers Consulting Group Pty Ltd conducts an Executive Search. This process revolves around us undertaking extensive research within the market place Australia wide (and perhaps overseas) to discover people with the necessary skills and qualifications to undertake the position available.
