Rod Sayers Rod commenced recruitment in 1987 when he joined Slade Consulting Group after many years working as a Sales Executive and Account Manager for Idaps and Society Systems. Rod founded Sayers Wynn and Co with Anne Wynn in 1990 and assumed full ownership of the business in 1992.
